Linda Tomasi is a principal consultant for Golden Compass’s Destination First service. She has more than twenty years of diverse experience in the practical implementation of Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Continuous Improvement approaches that result in tangible progress in organizational objectives. Linda has worked with both large and small companies, including AT&T, ABB, and Pfizer, Inc. In addition, she has experience in many industries such as manufacturing, information technology, nuclear, telecommunications, and defense. She specializes in helping organizations implement the right Quality tools to solve their unique problems, and has firsthand experience in leading global staff in large quality initiatives to link continuous improvement to a measurable return on investment.

Prior to joining Golden Compass, Linda worked for eight years as a Senior Director of Quality and Process Improvement at Pfizer, where she was responsible for transforming Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Continuous Improvement for Pfizer’s Global Research and Development Informatics organization and later their consolidated Worldwide Technology organization. Before Pfizer, Linda worked for several years as a Quality and Compliance consultant focused on ISO 9000, and in 2008, she returned to the world of consulting.

Linda received her Bachelor of Science degree in Research Psychology from Fairfield University as well as her Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Steven’s Institute of Technology.
