In our determination to grow and expand our business we have come across an unprecedented need from Clients for individuals with engineering and technical skills. As a response Golden Compass has taken the necessary steps to onboard and train staff that is focused on engineering talent acquisition. We have been validated and registered on the federal government’s CCR database in order to work directly with government and government contractors.

Life Sciences - “A Natural Evolution”

Over the past 8 years, Golden Compass’ many staffing and recruiting success stories revealed a niche for working with Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies. A proven ability to provide that sector with top level IT talent led to our being approached in 2006 to provide resources for other scientific disciplines. We welcomed the opportunity, and quickly recruited additional staff with scientific and pharmaceutical backgrounds to both train and lead the venture. As a result, we have expanded our expertise and resource pool to offer consulting, recruitment, and staffing support for the Life Sciences industry.
