Anthony Raccio, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Tony Raccio is President and co-founder of Golden Compass Inc. He has worked in Information Technology consulting since 1994. Currently he is responsible for daily operations in the recruiting and business development groups, budget management, and creating revenue and profitability. Tony has strived to create a holistic approach to talent acquisition that differentiates Golden Compass. That approach is based on getting to know the prospective candidates background in skills, problem-solving abilities, interpersonal skills, how they work in a team, business acumen, and drive to get the job done. The model takes into account what is important to the person and life experiences. These all make for a successful union of client and candidate. He received his education from Southern Connecticut State University. He is member of Drug Information Association (DIA), Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), and a constituent to the Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP).
