Rebecca Griffin, Resource Management

Rebecca recruits at national capacity in the areas of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Life Sciences, for positions ranging from graduate to executive level experience. She brings a diverse professional background to Golden Compass, Inc., having worked in Sales and Human Resources. Rebecca takes great pride in keeping up to date on changing trends in the Information and Biotechnology communities, continually strengthening her professional relationships by keeping her clients and candidates well informed. Rebecca graduated with a BA in Political Science from Southern Connecticut State University and is working on her Master’s degree from the University of New Haven. She has a Paralegal certification from the University of Connecticut. She joined Golden Compass in 2006.
