Jacqueline Raccio, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jackie is founder and controlling interest in Golden Compass. As Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for the day-to-day business activities of the company and all subordinate executive team reporting to her. Jackie is also responsible for overview of all aspects of the company: Financials, Benefits Management, Contracts, Purchasing, and Office Management. She executes plans and direction taken in Recruiting and Sales. Before October 2006, she was a Partner and managed all aspects of Financials, Purchasing, and Benefits. Prior to founding Golden Compass in April 2000, Jackie worked in the financial, medical, and insurance industries. She received her education at Southern Connecticut State University.
