Ileana Fred, Business Development/Market Analyst

Ileana Fred has worked for over eight years in pharmaceuticals working in the areas of procurement, vendor management, business analysis, and as software liaison for upgrades, implementation, and deployment. Most recently joined Golden Compass in a Business Development role with responsibilities in the areas of client relations, market analysis, and recruitment. Ileana earned her BA from Connecticut State University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Marketing, completed CPM training at Florida Atlantic University, and is completing her MBA through Nova Southeastern University.
